Wax Seal Methods
Adhesives
Wax seal adhesives are by far the easiest method. These adhesives although made by hand they are also done professionally which makes it highly likely for adhesives to peel off. They are great for couples who are assembling their own invitations and even for entrepreneurs assembling their own products. They have a natural look and yet finishes your item.
Wax Stamp
This is the traditional method of melting and stamping wax. It’s not quite as easy or mess free as the adhesives. However, it absolutely serves a purpose. There are certain situations, like using the wax seal to attach ribbon around an invitation, which the adhesives may not always to the trick based on the ribbon's texture. While this method seems so much harder, you can use a glue gun to melt the wax and speed up the process rather than using the traditional tea candle, furnace and spoon. In situations like this it is always required to ask for services from a professional as they would be certain to get it right. But as usual, with practice comes perfection!
People and crafters today come up with so many different ways to use wax seals. It is a growing trend as it is fun and playful to work with. So get wax sealing you'll never know how much creativity there may be until you try.
