For Custom Wax Sealing Stamps
For legibility be sure that your design meets the requirements below:

The BLACK areas of your image will be where you would get the ‘raised’ effect on your seals when stamped.

You can download our template file below for creating your design or logo.
Please stay within the red bleed lines as shown on the template.
For text we would suggest using no less than 6pt in size. Please avoid using any fonts that are particularly light in weight to give a better result for quality engraving.
Cursive or script fonts need to be bold.

Raster image results must be in high resolution (300dpi) to acheive a clean and fast engraved result.

Additional Requirements
For both vector and raster files
Artwork must be one single color (Black)
No drop shadows or gradients
Text or font size should be no less than 6pt
All fonts must be outlined
Minimum stroke width should be at least 0.5pt
All files must be resizable without pixelation
We will not be accepting files generated by AI.
A 50% down payment is required before starting any custom order. This can be paid for through online banking transfers. There is no refund for the down payment. Contact us for banking details.

Rastered Image
Image is low resolution and highly pixelated around the edges of the artwork.
Preferred (Vector)
Vectors stay sharp and smooth around the edges which is great for resizing if needed.

Once we've set up your design or logo we'll send you a proof for your approval.
Final Production
After you've given us your approval, we'll start engraving.
